C1S /C2S PE COATED PAPER
Paper is manufactured with hot melted plastic application. PE coated paper also known as LDPE paper is ideally used for heat sealable wrappers, labels, inner liner in carton boxes, etc. Available in one or two side gloss and as well as matt finish.
FOLDING BOX BOARD (FBB)
It’s a paperboard grade which is made up of multiple layers of chemical and mechanical pulp. This is a low density material with high stiffness. The major end uses of folding boxboard are health and beauty products, frozen, chilled and other foods, confectionaries, pharmaceuticals, graphical uses and cigarettes.
SOLID BLEACHED BOARDS (SBS)
Medium density board with good printability, may be used for graphics and packaging. Made purely from bleached chemical pulp and usually has a mineral or synthetic pigment coated top surface in one or more layers as well as a coated reverse side. Used for packaging chocolate, cigarettes and cosmetics.
TEST LINERS
A grade of paperboard being manufactured in paper industry. The strongest linerboard for brown industrial paper board. It consists of two layers with a combinations of NBKP (Virgin Pulp) and OCC (Waste paper). This product is widely used as the inner and outer layers (face paper) of carton box.
WHITE TOP KRAFT LINERS
Comprised of fresh fibers with chlorine-free bleaching, white Top Kraft liner protects with maximum strength and purity in packaging. White Top Kraft liner is produced in a totally chlorine free (TCF) bleaching process. Substance range available from 140 – 220 GSM in reels and sheets forms.
CORE BOARD
It consists of three layers, an inner layer of polystyrene clad with outer facing of either white clay coated paper or brown Kraft paper. Core board is a very strong, light weighted and easily cut material used for mounting for photographic prints, as backing picture framing. 450 – 1500 GSM are the substance mostly dealing with.
SACK KRAFT
Kraft paper with high strength: suitable for the production of sacks and paper bags. This may be available in both extensible and semi-extensible grade, with substances required by the customer.
DUPLEX BOARDS
High quality paper board is made of layers joined together which are available in various substance, 210 – 450 g/m² with grey or white back.
KRAFT LINERS BOARD
Made from bleached or unbleached sulphate pulps used as an outer layer in corrugated boards.
Available from various origins including Europe, North or South America and the Far- East Asia. Packing may be in form of both reel and sheets (BPOP, RWOP).
